"Exploring Energy and Connection”: Giorgi Kavelashvili at Tbilisi Art Fair 2026

Hello. We are here at the Tbilisi Art Fair today. Could you tell us a bit about yourself and your artworks?

- Hello, I am Giorgi Kavelashvili. Today I am presenting two artworks here, created using acrylic and tempera.

Is this your first time participating in the Tbilisi Art Fair, or have you taken part before?

- This is my first time.

How has your day been so far? How are you finding the experience?

- It’s been very interesting. I enjoy observing how the energy I put into these works is received by people, and how they interpret it. It’s fascinating to see this kind of connection.

Are you mainly focused on local projects, or do you also work internationally?

- I am focused on both — international experience as well as local practice.
